On-site Workshops
We are able to train groups of employees (at the location of your choice) and customize the content to meet your objectives in hopes of increasing your non profit organization's efficiencies. All of our non profit training options may be customized to meet your business goals and delivered on-site for your convenience. On-site programs deliver the most in cost efficiency and focus on your current business challenges.

All On-Site Workshops also include a blended learning solution to extend the learning experience beyond the classroom.

Classroom/Computer Lab Training
Computer lab training takes place in a classroom setting with individual workstations for each participant. Utilizing your own company's database is an option for lab training, depending upon the location of the training. 
 
Classroom training is lecture-style training in a classroom setting. It does not replace individual or small group training, but it is a cost-effective option for individuals who need a refresher course in the basics. Classroom training will help bring a new staff member up-to-speed on the software.

Customized Training Based On System Evaluation
The McGovern Consulting Group, LLC Certified Consultants will work with you to create a customized training solution for your non profit organization. Once needs are assessed through the McGovern Consulting Group System Evaluation, for either Sage 100 Fund Accounting (Sage Fund Accounting or MIP) or Sage Fundraising 50, a tailored solution--anything from a simple on-site seminar, to a multifaceted, multimedia program-- will be designed and executed to bridge the gap between the skill level of your staff and the growth needs of your organization.
 
Based upon the system evaluation we determine the needs and pick the pieces that are going to quickly springboard the organization to the next level.
 
When you choose a custom training solution the trainer can suggest improvements to processes, and recommend procedures and standards specifically for your organization. Per your request, we can provide quizzes throughout the training to confirm the participants' understanding of the material. 

Web Based Training

The McGovern Consulting Group knows how busy people are today and understands that sometimes even taking just one day away from work can end up putting you several days behind your workload. That's why McGovern Consulting Group has introduced Web-Based Training to their list of non profit training options. 

You can learn from the convenience of your own office or cubicle, in a familiar setting, no travel required. Web-based training can be done solo or in a group. The only requirements are a computer and an Internet connection. 
 
We offer this training option as a one of two ways:
This class can be held one-on-one with only your non profit organization and our training staff. This class allows us to focus more on your personal questions and stop to address them.
 
Or we offer this class in a more formal structure where our training staff will train several organizations on the call at one time.  This class is a great overview for clients who are looking to understand a module or get a better grasp of the functionality of the Sage Non Profit Software Solution.
