During this process, McGovern Consulting Group works with the organization to determine the criteria for which Vendors/Customers should be kept with a status of "Active" in Abila MIP Fund Accounting™  and which Vendors/Customers should be "Discontinued" (without eliminating them from the history).

With McGovern Consulting Group’s Secure Backup Program you receive:
  • Documentation and Confirmation that you have access to the *.nps backups on the server. Make recommendations to IT Staff/Consultant on changes needed in security and location of database
  • Weekly Data Back-Up Reminders
  • Confirmation of Successfully Received Data
  • Notification of Secured File (McGovern Consulting Group does not confirm that the database is whole and complete and can be restored)
